Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Use a streamlined, integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system to document and manage care.
- Customize your caseload based on your preferred patient population, diagnostic focus, and clinical interest.
- Refer patients internally to specialists or therapists within an established referral network, with seamless data sharing through the EMR.
- Participate in a supportive, team-based clinical environment focused on patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (MD or DO).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (licensing support provided).
- Strong clinical acumen and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new EMR tools.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and a collaborative treatment model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Subspecialty training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, or other psychiatric fields.
- Experience in telepsychiatry or remote care delivery.
- Interest in shaping your clinical focus and contributing to a growing outpatient model.

- Fully paid malpractice insurance
- Generous 401(k) match with immediate eligibility
- Paid time off, sick leave, and 11 paid holidays
- CME allowance
- Pre-tax commuter benefits
- Work-Life Balance & Flexibility:
- 100% remote work with complete control over your schedule
- No requirement for intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs
- Select your preferred patient demographics and conditions
- Administrative Support:
- Full-service billing and scheduling teams reduce administrative workload
- Proprietary EMR and practice tools designed specifically for psychiatrists
