About Job

Job Title: Remote Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adults and/or Children)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to join a rapidly growing, fully remote outpatient mental health practice. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults — all from the comfort of your chosen work environment.

Backed by advanced, psychiatrist-designed technology and a dedicated administrative team, you’ll be empowered to focus on patient care with minimal operational overhead. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative clinical environment, all while maintaining the stability and benefits typically found in larger healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychiatric care via telehealth to patients across various age groups and diagnoses.
  • Conduct initial evaluations (minimum 60 minutes) and follow-up visits (minimum 30 minutes), with flexibility to extend based on clinical judgment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Use a streamlined, integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system to document and manage care.
  • Customize your caseload based on your preferred patient population, diagnostic focus, and clinical interest.
  • Refer patients internally to specialists or therapists within an established referral network, with seamless data sharing through the EMR.
  • Participate in a supportive, team-based clinical environment focused on patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (MD or DO).
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (licensing support provided).
  • Strong clinical acumen and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new EMR tools.
  • Commitment to evidence-based care and a collaborative treatment model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Subspecialty training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, or other psychiatric fields.
  • Experience in telepsychiatry or remote care delivery.
  • Interest in shaping your clinical focus and contributing to a growing outpatient model.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package:
  • Up to 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance — including family coverage
  • Fully paid malpractice insurance
  • Generous 401(k) match with immediate eligibility
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and 11 paid holidays
  • CME allowance
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Work-Life Balance & Flexibility:
  • 100% remote work with complete control over your schedule
  • No requirement for intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs
  • Select your preferred patient demographics and conditions
  • Administrative Support:
  • Full-service billing and scheduling teams reduce administrative workload
  • Proprietary EMR and practice tools designed specifically for psychiatrists
  • Integrated lab and patient messaging systems
  • In-house licensing support with upfront cost coverage
  • Dedicated IT and tech package provided

This is more than just a role — it’s a chance to redefine what psychiatric practice can look like in a modern, supportive, and patient-centered environment. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding mental health care and want a workplace that values autonomy, flexibility, and professional respect, we encourage you to apply. #wxhlwmoq
