What You’ll Do:

Lead Operational Excellence

• Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple urgent care facilities, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional patient experiences.
• Guarantee each site is fully staffed and equipped to meet patient needs, maximizing efficiency and minimizing wait times.
• Develop and implement innovative systems to optimize patient flow and clinical operations.

Empower and Manage Teams

• Recruit, train, and mentor both clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
• Create a positive workplace where teamwork thrives, and professional development is supported.

Champion Quality & Safety

• Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety across all locations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and elevate service quality.

Drive Financial Success

• Partner with finance and administrative teams to develop and manage site budgets.
• Identify opportunities to boost revenue and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising care.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

• Keep all locations compliant with healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and internal policies.
• Lead the rollout and oversight of policies to uphold the highest standards.

Foster Collaboration & Communication

• Build and sustain strong relationships with medical staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to provide status updates, insights, and solutions to challenges.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experienced leader with a proven track record managing multiple urgent care or healthcare facilities.
• Well-versed in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
• Adaptable and resilient, ready to face the challenges of a fast-paced healthcare environment.
