Empower Little Learners: Elite School Psychologist - Scenic Chattanooga, TN

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area for an immediate start through May 21, 2026 (NSY). This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and focuses on elementary-level support for grades K-5. The role involves working across multiple schools with assignments varying by location, requiring some minor travel between facilities. You'll be responsible for conducting evaluations, participating in IEPs, and developing behavior plans. Our director is prepared to move quickly through the interview and offer process for the right candidate, and we offer competitive above-market compensation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee Department of Education (TN DOE) Certificate
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students (grades K-5)
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Capability to create and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Willingness to travel between multiple school locations as needed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
