Mental Health Counselor (Unlicensed) / Milieu Therapist – Denver, CO $26–$28/hour | Full-Time | Paid Weekly | Residential & PHP Programs We are hiring a Mental Health Counselor (Unlicensed) / Milieu Therapist to join our Residential and PHP eating disorder treatment programs in Denver, CO. This is a great opportunity for recent master’s graduates or early-career clinicians seeking direct therapeutic experience in a structured, trauma-informed setting. Responsibilities

Facilitate psychoeducational groups, therapeutic meals, and client check-ins
Provide emotional regulation support and behavior modeling
Support patient onboarding and therapeutic outings
Document client progress and pass-down reports
Collaborate with licensed clinicians, dietitians, and program leadership

Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or human services
Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or eating disorder recovery preferred
Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT a plus
CPR/BLS and crisis intervention training (preferred; can obtain within 90 days)
