A fantastic school district located in Plaistow, NH is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential behavior support services to students, helping to foster academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and personal development. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives individualized, evidence-based behavioral support.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavior analytic services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development and behavioral progress
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing data-driven insights on student performance and behavior
Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in school settings or with pediatric populations
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention methodologies
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $45$55 per hour (based on experience)
