Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time | Plaistow, NH | 20252026 School Year

A fantastic school district located in Plaistow, NH is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential behavior support services to students, helping to foster academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and personal development. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives individualized, evidence-based behavioral support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavior analytic services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development and behavioral progress

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations

  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing data-driven insights on student performance and behavior

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in school settings or with pediatric populations

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention methodologies

Compensation & Benefits:
