What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (per BACB standards)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience (required)
  • Strong leadership, time management, and observational skills
  • Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Analytical, data-driven, and outcome-focused clinician
  • Empathetic, team-oriented, and culturally competent professional
  • Committed to upholding client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

What You’ll Do

As a Senior BCBA, you’ll combine client-facing work with clinical mentorship and operational leadership responsibilities:

Clinical Supervision & Quality

  • Provide caregiver and parent coaching to align families with treatment goals
  • Monitor and track utilization metrics for your caseload and team
  • Deliver ABA therapy while ensuring excellence in supervision practices
  • Review session notes and data for accuracy and consistency
  • Complete assessments, reports, and training resources on time

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA graduate students
  • Provide BACB-compliant supervision for fieldwork hours
  • Lead staff trainings and support the onboarding of new clinicians
  • Conduct regular RBT check-ins to foster engagement and quality care
  • Collaborate with other clinics to align best practices across the organization

Program & Process Innovation

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of clinic policies and procedures
  • Develop and facilitate evidence-based training programs
  • Participate in quality audits, team meetings, and improvement projects
  • Engage in continuing education (CEUs) and professional development opportunities
