Job Description: School-Based Psychologist (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students? Were looking for a dedicated School-Based Psychologist to join our team in Manassas, VAfor the 2025/2026 school year. In this full-time role, youll have the opportunity to support students mental health and help them succeed both academically and emotionally.
Details of the Role:

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and provide treatment to students to support their mental health.
  • Work closely with school staff to create personalized treatment plans that help meet each student's individual needs.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions for students who need extra support.
  • Keep confidential student records and documentation in line with school policies and regulations.
What Were Looking For:
  • An active, valid license.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
