Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team, an emerging Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company in Provo, Utah and surrounding communities. Frontier ABA is dedicated to providing access to the most effective treatment for families impacted by Autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting diagnostic evaluations. This role involves working with diverse populations and collaborating with a team of providers (i.e., BCBA, SLP, etc.).
Your role will be to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including administering assessments (i.e., ADOS-2 and ADI-R) and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and recommendations to families.
This position offers flexibility in creating your own schedule and the ability to work in an hybrid environment, in collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Conduct interviews and direct and indirect assessment tools (i.e., ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc.).
- Write comprehensive diagnostic reports
- Deliver findings and recommendations to families, provide referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice psychology.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Familiarity with behavioral health, specifically autism spectrum and other related disorders.
- Proficiency in conducting psychological testing and assessments, including the ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
- Strong understanding of patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards within the practice.
