CST Academy is looking for a BCBA Clinic Director to manage our multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art Buffalo Grove clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is ready to step into a leadership position and is passionate about working with children with autism and related developmental delays.

The Clinic Director oversees day-to-day operations and team performance at one of our sites. This is a cross-disciplinary leadership position that involves team management, parent engagement, and site performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a CSTA clinic site
• Mentor and manage team members across disciplines
• Foster strong relationships with families
• Monitor site performance and drive clinical and operational excellence
• Ensure alignment with company goals and values

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
• At least 3 years of leadership experience (preferred)
• On-site presence during business hours with flexibility for closing shifts
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
