About the Role

We are hiring a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and child-centered ABA therapy team in Colorado Springs, CO. Therapy sessions are center-based, in-home, or community-based—always conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours to preserve your evenings and weekends. You'll have the flexibility to apply your clinical style within a supportive structure that emphasizes individualized care, functional outcomes, and family involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff.
  • Mentor and guide new BCBAs.
  • Maintain regular communication with families and ensure client goals are being met.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment for team members and clients.
  • Ensure all services align with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Meets BACB supervision standards.
  • Experience working with children ages 2–20 with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership, empathy, and alignment with ethical, child-focused values.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass both national and local background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player who fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Monthly Bonus: $200–$800 based on billable hours
  • Paid Time Off: 120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays
