Wesley SecureCare is a nonprofit organization that provides a unique solution for older adults to age in place. We are looking to expand our Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program to Montgomery County, Maryland. The Wesley is looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to help grow the program and educate consumers.


This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in senior living or long-term care insurance sales.

The Life Plan Counselor is responsible for achieving new member sales goals by personally selling to assigned leads while also acting as the consistent face of Wesley SecureCare during prospect and professional presentations.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities that contribute to increased brand awareness.
  • Conduct sales presentations to consumers and professionals.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts and have them easily understood.
  • Document sales activities in CRM software (Welcome Home)
  • Manage Social Media pages
  • Follow-up with all leads in a timely manner and report progress weekly
  • Participate in networking groups and conduct outreach efforts both professional and consumer facing.
  • Provides feedback on advertising and promotion strategies, Direct Mail, and promotional materials.
  • Meet with consumers in their homes to provide education on the program and review program details.
  • Manage prospects through the sales cycle
  • Conduct closings/contract signings


Candidate must have experience in senior living sales and marketing or long-term care insurance sales. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
