Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at Serenity Minds. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, conduct virtual assessments, and support caregivers and staff through ongoing coaching and collaboration. The right candidate brings clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to high-quality care in a flexible, supportive setting.

Job Description

• Conduct all client assessments virtually (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Design individualized ABA treatment plans based on virtual observations and caregiver input
• Provide remote supervision, guidance, and ongoing training to RBTs
• Offer virtual parent and caregiver coaching sessions
• Analyze data, monitor client progress, and make data-driven program updates
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and Serenity Minds’ clinical standards
• Participate in occasional in-person visits (a few times per year) — all travel expenses covered by the company

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• Eligible for Minnesota BCBA licensure (Serenity Minds will guide and fully cover the licensure process if needed)
• Experience supervising ABA programs and staff (remote experience preferred)
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills
• Must reside in the U.S.
