Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Cleveland, OH 44102

Hours:

  • 20-25 hours per week

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Cleveland, OH.

Your Role:

  • Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
  • Support families through parent training and consistent communication
  • Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • A passion for helping children grow and succeed
  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Wadsworth

Job Details:

  • Part-time: 20-25 hours/week
  • Pay: $17–$22/hr
