Schedule: Part-Time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (Based on background and experience)


Job Overview:

A reputable outpatient behavioral health practice in the Wilmington, DE area is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team. This role involves working within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing therapy to adult patients with a strong focus on group work and behavioral health management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions within an IOP setting, focusing on behavioral health and management
  • Provide individual and family therapy as needed
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities


Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Delaware
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
