Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy to diverse populations. The therapist will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and offer supportive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings.
- Stay informed about best practices in mental health therapy.
- Complete CANS/ANSA Assessments
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling
- LPC-A or LMSW Certificate
- 1 Year of Clinical Experience
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
