About Job

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Who We Are

Beacon Services of Connecticut is a medium size practice of multidisciplinary professionals that provide community based early pediatric services. We focus on the early diagnosis and treatment of young children with a variety of developmental delays.

We place a high value on providing training and ongoing support for our clinicians so they may thrive and grow in their roles!

Job Description:

Join a dedicated, talented, and supportive team of multidisciplinary professionals working with toddlers and pre-k children and their families. This is a unique career opportunity for a BCBA looking for a less intensive alternative to school or clinic-based services. Clinicians typically see 4 clients per workday and have the opportunity to learn broader range of skills related to developmental assessment, family coaching, and case management.

Our LBA’s are responsible for the evaluation of a child's skills across a variety of developmental domains and use that information to develop and implement intervention services. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide targeted, evidence-based interventions, as well as to assist families with the transition to school-based services. They also supervise and support early intervention staff with ongoing assessment, data collection, and service delivery.
