We are seeking a compassionate, organized and dedicated Licensed therapist to join our team as an independent contractor!

The CENTER WILL provide:

Decorative office space with windows, referrals, billing, support, adminstrative duties with NO upfront costs to clinicians.

The independent CLINICIAN WILL provide:

Mental health services to clients, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and therapy. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to address their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic note taking, excel and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling
• Manage case files and maintain accurate medical records in therapy.notes.
• Provide weekly billing sheets which are sent to our biller for billing client services.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), (LMFT), (LPC)
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with coding practices which are related to clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and abide by Centers deadlines for billing!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
