What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will:

• Provide counseling for adolescents, individuals, and couples.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver trauma-informed interventions and evidence-based treatment (EMDR training a plus).
• Conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and document sessions thoroughly.
• Maintain confidentiality while upholding ethical and professional standards.
• Stay current with clinical best practices and emerging treatment modalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling (or related field) from an accredited university.
• Arizona licensure as LAC or LPC through the AZBBHE.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience as a Licensed Associate Counselor (for LAC applicants).
• Trauma training required; EMDR certification or training strongly preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred but not required.
