CASAC/CASAC-T Counselor

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Clinicians/Counselors to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting that prioritizes client care, staff development, and clinical excellence. We are willing to train you, we welcome both experienced and new clinician graduates.

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Health Clinician you will provide a full range of treatment services, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients and their families
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions
  • Delivering case management services and care coordination
  • Documenting services in a timely and compliant manner


Qualifications & Requirements:

Accepted Licensure/Credentials (must be current and in good standing):

CASAC or CASAC-T

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Clinical experience in a substance abuse or behavioral health setting
  • Excellent case management, coordination, and advocacy skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word; experience with Electronic Clinical Records (EHR) strongly preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
