We’re Hiring: Seasonal Studio Coordinators at Real Pilates! ✨

We’re looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team-spirited Seasonal Studio Care Coordinators to help keep our classical NYC Pilates studios running smoothly.

Flexible Holiday Availability Required:

• October 30 – November 3, 2025
• November 21 – December 1, 2025
• December 19, 2025 – January 10, 2026

This role runs from October 1, 2025, to January 10, 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for eligible candidates.

The Seasonal Studio Coordinator is the heart of our front desk team during the busiest time of year. You’ll provide the warm welcome Real Pilates is known for while supporting our clients, trainers, and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage bookings, scheduling, and client accounts using our studio software
• Support trainers and management with daily operations
• Handle client inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain studio appearance and readiness for classes and sessions
• Assist with holiday promotions, events, and client communications

Hourly pay: $16.50 - $18.00 with applicable experience.
