About Job

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the current school year (CSY) at a K-12 school located in Calabasas, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis within an educational setting, supporting students across the K-12 spectrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavioral strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and data tracking.
