Board Certified Behavior Analyst ES

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Overview: This role supports the Expressions program, focusing on students with communication needs. The BCBA will work collaboratively with school staff to implement behavior strategies and support student success throughout the school day.

Location: Carroll Manor Elementary School

Start Date: Open for the full 20252026 school year

Schedule: MondayFriday, approximately 7.5-hour days (around 8:00AM4:00 PM, slight flexibility)

Caseload: 2025 students

Program: Expressions Program supporting students developing functional communication skills
