BCBA – Clinical Director

Position Highlights
- Salary starting at $90,000+/year
- Caseload: Just 2–5 clients depending on center growth
- Directly supervise staff while managing a reduced caseload
- Report to Regional Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Oversee case management and ensure high-quality care
- Train and supervise RBTs and interns
- Deliver caregiver training and support
- Lead with professionalism, ethics, and compassion
- Maintain clinical scheduling and staff productivity
- Ensure compliance with BACB/Texas licensure standards
- Utilize CentralReach software proficiently
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and Texas LBA
- 2+ years as a practicing BCBA
- 1+ year experience in early intervention with young children with autism
- Master’s in ABA, Special Ed, or related field
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Valid CPR/AED or BLS certification
