Position Details:

• Contract role for the current school year (CSY)
• One day per week commitment
• Serving a K-12 school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive case management to address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive intervention plans
• Facilitate access to community resources and services that benefit student development
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student progress and services provided
