About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with VocoVision, is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to deliver essential virtual psychological services to students throughout Virginia, from the flexibility of your home. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support student development across academic, social, and emotional domains.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
Provide counseling and support to students facing academic or emotional challenges.
Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expert guidance.
Deliver training and resources to teachers and staff on mental health topics.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Valid Virginia School Psychologist certification or licensure.
Experience in a school setting is preferred (but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using teletherapy and virtual platforms for assessments and counseling.
