ROLE OVERVIEW:
This part-time role primarily involves planning, organizing, and delivering hands-on science
programs at Greenfield Community Science Workshop (CSW). Key attributes include
exceptional organizational, management, and communication skills, resilience in handling
complex projects, and adaptability to dynamic conditions.

Potential growth into a full-time teaching role exists, which may encompass more direct
reaching and/or administrative and organizational development responsibilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in project management or educational program facilitation is preferred, with a
background or strong interest in science, especially in STEAM education within small or rural
communities like Greenfield.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to travel to various locations and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean

driving record.

Flexibility to work non-standard hours.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor's degree in science or math is ideal but not required.
Practical experience in scientific exploration or hands-on project creation with children

can substitute for formal education.
