This opportunity welcomes a skilled bilingual professional to serve as a School Psychologist specializing in early childhood development. Located in La Mesa, CA, this role focuses on supporting preschool-aged students, providing critical psychological services in a flexible, part-time contract capacity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California PPS credential in School Psychology
  • Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse families
  • Experience working with early childhood populations is desirable

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: Continues School Year (CSY)
  • Weekly hours: 8 to 16, spread over 1 to 2 days
  • Flexible schedule options available, including evening work from home
  • Caseload tailored according to student needs, focusing on preschoolers

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for young children
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student development
  • Provide consultation and guidance regarding behavioral and developmental concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and standards
