About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing, in collaboration with VocoVision, seeks a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver virtual behavior analysis services to K12 students in Oregon. This fully remote, 1099 contract position offers meaningful impact, flexible scheduling, and a robust support structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

• Implement and monitor interventions, tracking progress using data.

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and school staff virtually to ensure intervention success.

• Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers, colleagues, and school personnel.

• Adjust strategies based on ongoing data to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationvalid in Oregon.

• Masters degree in ABA or equivalent.

• Experience with pediatric populationsespecially children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

• Prior telehealth experience (preferred).

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
