About the Role
Sunbelt Staffing, in collaboration with VocoVision, seeks a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver virtual behavior analysis services to K12 students in Oregon. This fully remote, 1099 contract position offers meaningful impact, flexible scheduling, and a robust support structure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Implement and monitor interventions, tracking progress using data.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and school staff virtually to ensure intervention success.
Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers, colleagues, and school personnel.
Adjust strategies based on ongoing data to maximize student outcomes.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationvalid in Oregon.
Masters degree in ABA or equivalent.
Experience with pediatric populationsespecially children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
Prior telehealth experience (preferred).
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
