We’re Hiring: Client Care Coordinator!

Our growing Holistic Mental Health Counseling practice is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Who We Are:

We specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression through in personal and virtual individual therapy. Our therapists use advanced somatic therapy interventions such as Brainspotting, AEDP, IFS, and EMDR to release trauma and anxiety trapped in the body. We believe therapy goes beyond traditional talk therapy—it’s about deep healing, self-acceptance, and empowerment. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care, ensuring that financial status is never a barrier to healing.

About the Role:

As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love connecting with people, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✔Schedule new client appointments within 24 hours

✔Match clients with the right clinician based on their needs.

✔Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and make adjustments as needed.

✔Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.

✔Support administrative, HR, and marketing efforts to help our practice grow.

Location: HYBRID (virtual and Old bridge, NJ)

• This position will be part-time // 14- 16 hours/ week
