Guardian Home Care, Gainesville’s favorite home health agency, is looking for a compassionate, organized, and tech-savvy Care Coordinator to join our close-knit team. What You’ll Do As Care Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care while also supporting our amazing team of caregivers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and filling open shifts for clients with accuracy and urgency
• Communicating daily with clients and caregivers to ensure needs are met
• Providing support and encouragement to caregivers in the field
• Leading caregiver onboarding, training, and mentoring
• Tracking schedules, updating care records, and ensuring operational flow
• Supporting the overall success of the office and our care mission

• Patient and calm under pressure, especially during scheduling challenges
• Leadership-minded, ready to guide, train, and uplift fellow caregivers

Schedule & Flexibility

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM with some flexibility if needed in office as well as carrying a coordinator phone that you need to be able to address from 7am to 6pm should you get a text or call from a caregiver or client
