- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License, or
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License, or
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, or
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License, or
