Client Care Coordinator

Location: Insight Northwest Recovery, Salem, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Pay Range: $25-27 per hour

About the Role

The Client Care Coordinator at Insight Northwest Recovery (INR) is an integral part of the treatment team, ensuring that clients receive the support and services they need to navigate their recovery journey. This position is focused on care coordination, client advocacy, and administrative support, helping individuals access mental health and substance use disorder treatment with efficiency and compassion.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a client-centered approach. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, referrals, documentation, and serving as a direct point of contact for clients, their families, and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care for clients by managing appointments, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure client-centered care and the seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist clients in navigating mental health and addiction recovery resources, including transportation support when needed.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices in client care coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, social services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software.
