About Us

Sanctuary Counseling is a warm, collaborative group practice serving communities across Lancaster, Berks County, Audubon, and the 422 corridor. We provide trauma-informed, highly skilled, and deeply compassionate therapy for individuals, couples, and families with specialized programs in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ support, and integrative therapies. Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where both clients and clinicians can truly thrive.

We are currently seeking seasoned, licensed psychotherapists who want to be part of a connected team, free from the isolation of solo practice and the instability of 1099 contracting. If you value community, accountability, and the chance to make a meaningful impact we would love to hear from you.

  • Participated in consultation and team meetings to support high-quality care

  • Uphold Sanctuary's mission of trauma-informed, inclusive, and client-centered care

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing
  • 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Comfort working with a diverse client base
  • Specializations in work with LGBTQ+, trauma, couples, and/or children strongly valued
