Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and treatment notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients with disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and intake procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and professionals.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $76.00 - $85.00 per hour
