Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (School Hours)
Location: Claremont, California

Are you passionate about supporting children with autism in reaching their full potential? We’re looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in a school-based setting across the Claremont, Covina, and Upland areas.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students—either one-on-one or in classroom settings—helping them achieve their behavioral and educational goals in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct support to students with autism during the school day
Implement individualized behavior intervention and education plans
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management
Collect and report data on student progress and behaviors

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with children with autism
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in education or behavioral health is a plus, but not required—training is provided
