Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with clients to support their mental health journey.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, using evidence-based practices and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Meet with clients regularly for counseling and therapy sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on progress.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress, providing supportive guidance throughout their therapy process.
- Involve family members or loved ones in the therapy process when appropriate to foster stronger relationships and communication.
- Maintain detailed, confidential records of client sessions and progress, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines.
- Contribute to the practice by collaborating with team members and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
