Elevate Behavior Services is hiring enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Developmental Disabilities in a clinical setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for Full-time (30-37 hours/week) positions in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities:

- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with developmental disabilities in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills

- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals

- maintain objective daily session notes

- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

- Desire to work on a team

- Hardworking and enthusiastic

- Reliable transportation

- availability to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification(will train to obtain certification within 30 days of employment)
