Hands-On Training: Learn while you work and prepare for RBT certification with guided support.

Regular Check-Ins and Clinical Supervision: You’ll have access to experienced BCBAs every step of the way.

Clear Path for Growth: We support your advancement from BT to RBT—and beyond.

Strong Team Culture: You’ll be surrounded by people who care about your development and client success.

We help you grow your skills so you can help children grow theirs.

What We Offer to Behavior Technicians:

  • Paid Time Off and benefits for eligible full-time employees.

  • Competitive Hourly Compensation: Pay starting at $22–$28 per hour, based on experience, with potential for increase upon certification and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and a desire to make a lasting difference.

  • Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus).

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.

  • A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as Behavior Technician and eventually BCBA.

  • Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.

  • Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

  • Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.

  • Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.

  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.

  • Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
