About Us: We are looking for a passionate “ Diabetes/Home Care Patient Advocate & Social Media Specialist” to join our team and help us build a supportive online community for people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging original content for TikTok and Facebook(plus Instagram and YouTube Shorts), focused on diabetes care, CGM use, adhesive patches, and daily health tips.
• Share from the authentic perspective of a diabetes patient, ostomy patient, or caregiver, including lifestyle experiences, blood sugar management tips, and product usage insights.
• Interact with followers: respond to comments, foster discussions, and help build a trusted online community.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media content creation or community management is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok and Facebook content creation; able to film and edit short videos independently.
• ​Genuine, friendly personality with patience and empathy to engage audiences..​
