Join Our Greater Goals ABA Services Team: RBT

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians or ABA Paraprofessionals (with a High School diploma) for our growing program to help us serve families in the Jackson and McDonough area.

A RBT at Greater Goals ABA Services is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs and ABA Paras work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.

What You'll Do

  • Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
  • Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.

Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.

  • Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.

What You'll Need

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • RBT Certification
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with ASD, other diagnosis and possible aggression.
  • Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment.
  • Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and Child Serve.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
