Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work across home, school, and community settings while also providing supervision for behavior respite staff. The BCBA will play a key role in assessment, program development, staff training, and ensuring fidelity of implementation across service environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Interventionists and Behavior Respite staff.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
- Monitor data collection, analyze progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and funding source standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services (2+ preferred).
- Experience supervising staff and working in home, school, and community environments.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Mid & South San Diego County.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
