• Perform diagnostic tests on a High-Line vehicles including Mercedes, Audi and other Luxury brands to identify issues accurately
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively
• Follow guidelines and specifications for repairs and service procedures
• Ensure all work is performed to industry standards and meets customer expectations
• Keep up-to-date with technical advancements to maintain certification

• Prior experience diagnosing luxury brand vehicles
• Proven experience working with German automotive manufacturer vehicles (Mercedes & Audi primarily)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
