Momentum Behavior Care is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company focused on providing in-home services for clients.
We are committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy to clients and their families. With a client-centered approach, our team works collaboratively to create meaningful change.
We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled BCBAs to join our growing team of professionals. BCBAs will be responsible for our new clients initial evaluation, consultation and behavior assessments. BCBAs will develop treatment plans, and will insure on-going case management and ABA Behavior Tech supervision and mentoring.
Our BCBAs are offered a variety of work environments, flexible schedules, and the support of our friendly management and clinical team, at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Techs and RBTs in home, center, and community based environments
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust treatment programs to ensure client progress and optimal outcomes
- Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training
- Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote consistent implementation of ABA strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment data
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards outlined by the BACB and Momentum Behavior Care

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
- Has completed 8-hour supervision training conducted by the BACB or will complete it within first 30 days of hire
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working in in-home and/or in-center and/or community-based ABA programs
- Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA based treatment programs
- Experience working with children aged 2-20
- Experience conducting family trainings on ABA-based treatment plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
