The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides professional mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to support clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social well-being. The LCSW also collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, community agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. This is a hybrid position with both in-person and remote responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with client needs and evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteria and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Refer clients to community resources, case management, and support services.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations regarding client care and confidentiality.
- Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active Texas license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, etc.).
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid position: combination of in-person and remote work.
- Work settings may include hospitals, clinics, schools, private practices, correctional facilities, or community-based organizations.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday — no exceptions.
- Occasional Saturday availability is required based on client and program needs.
- Travel to offsite locations may be required for outreach or home-based services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
