We are seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Inpatient Psychiatry Physician to join a
dynamic and collaborative academic department at a leading medical institution
in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday
schedule with no overnight or weekend call and provides the opportunity to work
in a multidisciplinary setting that values patient-centered care, education,
and innovation.
Position Highlights:
- Provide high-quality
inpatient psychiatric care to adult patients within an academic medical center - Collaborate with a skilled
team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and trainees - Participate in the
supervision and education of medical students, residents, and other learners - Engage in academic
activities including teaching, curriculum development, and scholarly work - Opportunities for
leadership, quality improvement, and committee participation

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited
medical school - Board-certified or

teaching experience preferred, but not required
