The Children's Day Program at the Center has an exciting new opportunity for a Social Worker!

Requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work and NYS Licensure (LMSW). Experience working with school-aged individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.

As the Social Worker for the school-aged program, you will be providing individual and group counseling services, assisting with student behavioral crises and providing crisis intervention for students when needed. You will also, participate in the student intake process, complete psychosocial assessments and participate in CSE meetings and communicating with families as needed and participating in educational planning and program transition activities.
