Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LSW/ LAC to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

This role involves providing therapeutic services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The clinician will work with diverse populations, including individuals, children. Couples, geriatric clients, and specialize in trauma and grief as well as a niche (OCD, bi polar, autism and ADHD, personality disorders, chronic illness, hospice etc- training may be provided).

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive client assessment and provide therapy services (individual, group, couples and families) with appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals to additional services when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with coding and systems requirements.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure in good standing.
Proven experience in a therapy practice or other mental health setting.
Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic approaches
Familiarity with coding systems relevant to social work documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in social work practice.

This is a W2 position with minimum of 15 to 20 clients, supervision provided.

Health insurance is offered as an option for full time clinicians.

Trainings, CEUS and make your own schedule- this is a hybrid remote position in Cherry Hill (LOCATION ON AD IS APPROXIMATE)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
