Duties and Responsibilities of the Clinical Director / BCBA:

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA services across assigned caseloads.

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians.

• Ensure ethical and effective delivery of ABA services by monitoring fidelity and progress.

• Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to align clinical care with organizational goals.

• Facilitate regular supervision, clinical meetings, and professional development.

• Support family engagement and collaboration with outside professionals (e.g., speech therapists, schools).

• Stay current with ABA best practices, compliance standards, and insurance requirements.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
