What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Generate accurate sales orders and ensure timely processing.
- Research and verify part numbers to keep our service teams moving.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to keep operations running smoothly.
