About The Position

Department: Dul-BHS-Hospital Based
Position Type: Contract
Shift: 8-Hour Evenings | Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Shifts Per Week: 5

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an 8-week contract at Northside Hospital Duluth. This role requires strong clinical and communication skills in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide psychosocial support and discharge planning

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patient families

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans

• Advocate for patient needs and coordinate community resources

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the specialty

• GA LCSW License – Required

• BLS Certification – Required

• Prior Acute Care Hospital experience – Required

• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles outside of Duluth, GA
